Both men admitted being concerned in supplying cannabis and possessing criminal property. Lowe also admitted possession with intent to supply cannabis and possession of cocaine.
THE INVESTIGATION
Project Medusa examined a WhatsApp group and Instagram account used to advertise cannabis. Searches on 23 July recovered over four kilograms of cannabis, cash, phones and branded packaging.
THE EVIDENCE
Police said messages recorded more than nine kilograms of sales within 26 days. The police release was published on 29 September; it gives 21 September as the sentencing date.
